1. You are enrolling in PHYSICS RADAR courses of your own interest and will.

2. You are fully responsible for any accidents, injuries, or mishappenings that occur with you/by you, whether inside or outside the institute’s premises. PHYSICS RADAR will not be held liable.

3. Any misconduct, misuse of mobile phones, internet, or involvement in illegal or indecent activities will result in immediate rustication without a refund.

4. In case of your selection in Board Exams, Engineering/Medical Entrance Exams, or other competitive exams, PHYSICS RADAR reserves the right to use your name, photo, and other details for promotional purposes (print, electronic, and social media).

5. PHYSICS RADAR reserves the right to communicate through emails, SMS alerts, WhatsApp messages (text, images, videos, documents), and posts to your provided contact details.

6. You agree to follow all instructions as outlined in the information provided in the enrollment form or course material.

7. Refunds will not be processed unless the course fee paid by the student or parent has been successfully credited to the official PHYSICS RADAR account. Refunds will then follow the institute's refund policy.

8. All students will be issued an ID card, which must be carried daily for access to classes.

9. If a student is absent for more than 10 consecutive days without submitting a written application, they will be considered expelled from the institute. No separate notification will be sent, and no refund of fees will be provided.

10. Any changes in address or contact information must be communicated to the institute without delay.

11. PHYSICS RADAR may assist in arranging conveyance facilities, but responsibility for safety and reliability lies solely with the students/parents.

12. Once enrolled, students cannot change or cancel their enrolled package. Full payment and enrollment are considered final and non-refundable.

13. All disputes are subject to Bareilly jurisdiction only.

14. Your admission is valid only for the academic year in which the program is offered.

1. No refund of the Registration Fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.

2. No refund of any installment fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.

3. No refund of any type will be made under any circumstances after joining the online/live classroom courses.

4. No refund of any type will be made under any circumstances after joining the short-term classroom/online courses.

5. Refund deductions will be made based on attendance as follows:  
- Within 5 days: 20% of the tuition fee (without scholarship) will be deducted.  
- Within 10 days: 40% of the tuition fee (without scholarship) will be deducted.  
- Within 15 days: 50% of the tuition fee (without scholarship) will be deducted.  
- Within 30 days: 60% of the tuition fee (without scholarship) will be deducted.  
- Within 60 days: 70% of the tuition fee (without scholarship) will be deducted.  
- Within 90 days: 80% of the tuition fee (without scholarship) will be deducted.

6. Refund requests will not be accepted after 90 days from the commencement of the course.

7. No kit is provided as part of the course, so there is no kit amount to be refunded.

8. Refund requests will not be entertained for any EMI/loan payments.

9. Any legal matter or dispute related to fee refund is subject to the jurisdiction of Bareilly only.

10. All refund requests must be handled through email. Phone calls regarding refund cases will not be entertained.
